Special Olympics' mission is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community. In Maine we serve over 4400 athletes and offer 70+ events year round at the local, state, national and international levels.~S.O.ME

The Mission.

~ a BIG thank you ~

With the support of over 30 businesses, over 70 teams, and countless giving hearts, the BCC's 2nd Annual Cornhole Tournament was a huge success. On a day full of fun, laughter, food, and sunshine, the BCC wants to thank each and every one of you who donated and participated. Every contribution went toward the final check. We are so grateful and look forward to next year!
